Green Smoothie Workshop


In this workshop you will learn:

  • Tricks and recipes to create the habit.

  • Personal experience with green smoothies.
  • Help you with your questions about the subject.

At the end of the workshop I will prepare some green smoothies so all the participants can try them.

A dossier will be given in the workshop to all the participants, available in english or spanish. Bring a pen and a big smile 😉
